Some of other services that you can enjoy with Fren:

Voice Mail Service
This feature allows callers to leave voice or call back number if your handphone in unanswered, switched of and even out of service area conditions. In active condition, the call will be forwarded to Call Waiting facility, if still unanswered then forwarded to Voice Mail Service.


Short Message Service
SMS is a facility that helps you keep in touch, by sending and receiving messages between handphones, for up to 160 characters. You can message while travelling or even when in a meeting without disturbing anyone. You can also send it to anyone, anywhere in the world.

Calling Number Identification Restriction
FREE facility to restrict your mobile phone number to get shown on the mobile phone display of the other party you are calling. This facility can be used anytime by pressing *23 before the destination phone number.
Call Forward Unconditional
Facility for diverting calls to another phone number without any precondition. To activate this service press *71 and the destination number, and to deactivate press *710. Fee for diverting calls to another phone number will be charged according to the existing Fren rate.

Call Forward Default
Facility for diverting calls anywhere, also when the line is engaged, not being answered, or out of coverage area. To activate this service press *72 and the destination number, and to deactivate press *720. Fee for diverting calls to another phone number will be charged according to the existing Fren rate.

Call Forward Busy
Facility for diverting calls anywhere, also when the line is engaged. To activate press *73 and the destination number, and to deactivate press *730. Fee for diverting calls to another phone number will be charged according to the existing Fren rate.

Call Forward No Answer
Facility for diverting calls anywhere when you're not answering the call. To activate this service press *74 then the destination number, and to deactivate press *740. Fee for diverting calls to another phone number will be charged according to the existing Fren rate.

Call Waiting
FREE facility that enables you to answer other incoming calls when you are engaged to another caller. To activate this service press *40, and to deactivate press *400.

Call Hold
FREE facility that allows you to hold your current call and receive another incoming call.

Mobile Internet Data Access
You can have internet access anywhere you are without reducing your mobility. Just by connecting your laptop with your Fren mobile phone using cable data, or by equipping the laptop with PCMCIA CDMA, you can enjoy fast data transfer.

Roaming
Fren provides wide local service coverage area when making calls and free roaming when you're out of town.

Division of local area when making calls is divided to 4 local areas like you can see on the map. When making a call from Fren mobile phone to another Fren mobile phone within a local area, tariff applicable is the local tariff, which will increase the effectiveness of your communication fee.



Where ever you go, no need to worry accepting incoming calls when you're out of town, as you can enjoy Free Roaming in all Fren coverage area regardless of the division of coverage area.
