1. Fren Postpaid Application Form
2. Copy of ID, KITAS/KIMS or passport
3. One of the following supporting document :

  • Credit Card
    • Credit Card Payment
      • Copy of both sides of the credit card
      • Receipts / sales draft from the last 2 weeks
    • Cash Payment
      • Copy of the front side of the credit card
      • Credit card billing statement for the last 3 months for less than 1 year memberships, for the last 1 month for memberships more than 1 year.
        • OR
      • Billing Statement from other cellular operator from the last 2 months
