Mobile-ISP internet connection services using Time Based Charging. You have to register as one of the ISPs subscribers which have time based connection service to be able to enjoy this method of service and you also have to become Mobile-8 subscriber (it can be postpaid or prepaid.) This service will cost you Rp 160,-/minute including Mobile-8 credit and internet connection.
Other devices that you need to access Mobile-ISP are:- PC/Notebook with OS Windows XP
- CDMA handphone with RUIM/Mobile-8 card or PCMCIA Modem 2000-1X
- Data kit connector as a connection tools such as cable data, infra red connection etc.

Starting from 1 June 2006, Fren Mobile-ISP only delivers time-based service.
You still can enjoy volume-based internet access regularly and you will be charged Rp 5,-/KB for prepaid subscriber and Rp 2,-/KB for postpaid subscribers.
