Bantu cegah penyalahgunaan layanan selular di Indonesia Demi mencegah aksi penyalahgunaan layanan selular seperti penipuan dan terorisme yang akhir-akhir ini banyak terjadi di Indonesia, Menteri Komunikasi dan Informatika Republik Indonesia mengeluarkan peraturan nomor 23/M.KOMINFO/10/2005 yang mewajibkan setiap pengguna nomor selular prabayar untuk mendaftarkan nomornya.

It is compulsory from the Indonesian Government based on regulation No. 23/M.Kominfo/10/2005, which stated that all new prepaid customers have to register when they purchase a new prepaid pack. Existing users are also encouraged to do so.

2. Call 4444 from your Fren handphone for Fren prepaid registration
Register your Fren prepaid by SMS
Type Daftar and send to 4444	Reply from 4444 :
Type Name#ID No.#Address & City#Date of Birth  send to 4444	System will reply :
Type 1 and send to 4444	System will send you confirmation message
